Service Agreement

1. Service Description

Dayably is a standalone Assistive Technology (AT) application that supports people with disabilities in daily independence through routine management, medication self-management, mood tracking, goal progress, safety check-ins, communication tools, and decision support.

In Australia, Dayably is registered under NDIS Support Item 03_222100911_0124_1_1 (Low Cost AT — Communication or Cognitive). In other countries, it may qualify under equivalent disability or assistive technology funding programs.

2. Costs

Monthly subscription: $99.99 per month ($1,199.88 per year)

Payment is due at or before the start of each monthly service period. Annual payment option: $1,188.00 AUD.

There are no additional fees, setup costs, or hidden charges.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel this subscription at any time with one month's notice. There are no exit fees or cancellation penalties.

Upon cancellation, you retain full access to your data. You can export your data at any time via Settings > Export my data.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. All information you enter into Dayably belongs to you. We store it on your behalf and you can export or delete it at any time.

6. Privacy

7. Accessibility

Dayably is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, including screen reader support, keyboard navigation, configurable text sizes, and high contrast mode.

8. Portability

Dayably is a standalone application. It is not tied to any specific provider or funding scheme. If your plan changes or you change providers, you retain full access to the App and all your data.
